I have built inclusion into every phase of my own practice: I consider cultural production successful when I leave the door open wider than it was for me.
I  moved into administration to build programs and organizational cultures that grow through uplifting others. I draw upon my background in usability, communications, and social justice work to bring more people into our great cultural conversation.
