I serve as the Senior Designer and UX Strategist for the Communications and Marketing team at Saint Elizabeth University. I play an integral role as I construct marketing messages, materials, assets and other collateral material in support of the entire student journey at Saint Elizabeth University. I support admissions efforts from inquiry to recruitment to enrollment to deposit. I also create all marketing materials focused on retention through alumni engagement.

I work closely with key stakeholders in Enrollment Management (recruitment and enrollment), Academic Affairs (retention) and Alumni Relations (engagement).

Traditional Undergrad Viewbook

I rebuilt the Traditional Undergrad Viewbook from the ground up.

The admissions and recruitment teams use this view book as a tool to drive registrations. It needed to be retooled to be a true support for the advisors going out and promoting the university.

I brought in every stakeholder and got their feedback to eliminate any siloing. I worked closely with existing sources to find all new content, and developed a tool.

Travel Piece

Once we had our new foundation piece, I was able to create other tools for the admissions and enrollment teams. We create a trifold travel piece to hand out at in-person events.

Acceptance Packet

Once the TUG View Book was in place, I was able to roll out a new Acceptance Packet.

I created a trifold letter-sized Acceptance packet that has a handy pop-out panel–the new student can use the frame as a simulated student ID photo prop!

Students are welcome to post their tagged student ID photos to Instagram to recieve free swag from our team!
