I ran the school which earned most of the income for VACNJ:
  • supervised 80 instructors who taught 1200 students in 160+ classes each quarter
  • hired, trained, and communicated with staff, instructors,
  • and interns
  • designed the branding of the catalog, website, and signage
  • updated processes and improved the pay scale logic

I designed, maintained, and produced the website, print, and online materials for the organization.
